All Out Home Inspection was founded by TJ Smith in 2009.  TJ Smith was born and raised in Athens Ontario and now resides in Brockville with his wife.  TJ has had many experiences working within the construction field both in residential and commercial buildings.  When he graduated high school he was immediately employed in the construction field working on full home construction and renovations as well as regular home maintenance.  After 3 years working in the field TJ attended Algonquin College in the Heritage Mill-work Carpentry course where he studied log building, timbre framing heritage restoration. The rest of the course we  spent time rehabilitating the Almonte agricultural hall.

TJ has spent the past four years purchasing and renovating homes in the Brockville and Smiths Falls area. When it comes to purchaing homes, TJ has real insight into what his customers are going through during such an important decision.  From his experience  he has an understanding of the workings real estate industry and the time restraints that can come when dealing with a real estate agent.  This is why TJ will works in a timely manner to get you the honest information you need to make a desicion. TJ believes in his community and bringing them a service that is needed for his friends, neighbors and customers.  

TJ is a certified home inspector and proud member of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. TJ being a member of InterNACHI performs his inspections to meet the InterNACHI Standard of Practice (http://www.nachi.org/sop.htm) as well as for commercial properties (www.nachi.org/comsop.htm).
